Returns

  • Grail Avenue offers 14 days for return.
  • The return costs are for your own account.
  • Sale items and items with discount can not be returned. 
  • We accept returns for items which are in original state including the extra added accessoires and business cards. If these items are missing, we can deduct up to 5 euros from the payment.
  • Items that you return must be in the same condition as you received them. Returned items must not have been used, washed or altered. All items are individually assessed upon return.
  • If items are damaged or not in their original condition, you can return them for free and get a full refund.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be void and the item or items will be returned to you at the company's expense.
  • You are responsible for the items you wish to return until we receive them. It's a good idea to keep the proof of shipment.
  • It can take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. When your return has been processed, your purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This can take up to 5 working days. We will keep in touch throughout the process and send you an email as soon as we have processed your return.
